UAB Honor Bands

Dear colleagues:
I hope that your fall semester has gotten off to a great start!
The UAB Bands are planning our annual events for middle school and high school students, and we hope that you will share this information with your students and encourage them to participate. Our hopes in these events is to offer enhanced and unique experiences for your students so that they bring knowledge and excitement right back into your band room! We also hope that your students enjoy their time with us at UAB that they will consider us as one of their college choices in the future!

 UAB All Star Marching Band - deadline for applications THIS Friday, August 29
The UAB All Star band Day is Saturday, September 13..this is soon! Students should be in grades 9-12 and have experience marching. Your students will have the opportunity to work with our faculty in masterclasses, and they will perform at halftime with both the UAB Band and the band from Alabama A&M!
