1. See Dr. Sargent to sign up for two tickets.
2. Have the buyer(s) complete their name, address, and phone information on the top of the ticket. Return the top of the ticket with payment to the band room by Thursday, August 30. Check, cash, or money orders made payable to the Moody Band Boosters are accepted.
3. Give the bottom portion of the ticket to the buyer as a claim check. Instruct the buyer to pick up the item at Community Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 1st between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm.
4. Return any unsold tickets to the band room by August 30th. Any partial tickets should be accompanied by funds for the ticket. No partial tickets are accepted without payment.
